Valtteri Kleemola

Valtteri Kleemola (b. 1989) is an artist from Helsinki who works with photographs and their editing. Valtteri maailat is Kleemola's photo collection, which is created from hundreds of self-portraits using social media tools and aesthetics. Kleemola takes her photos in her phone's photo application by combining her self-portraits with the endless images on social media. In her pictures, Kleemola plays with celebrities' identities, mixes up gender roles and places herself in the middle of popular culture events. Kleemola has participated in Lyhty's photography workshop since 2017 and works in Lyhty ry's general workshop.
