Kansalainen - Ikuisen Yön Kaupungissa CD

Kansalainen ("Citizen") is a duo project by Mika Rättö and Harri Sippola. The album's tragedy-filled songs, performed with piano, guitar, drum machine and an added seasoning of grief, tell of the tragic fates of the citizens of the city of Eternal Night, of the struggles of a small, broken individual against both external and internal darkness, feverishly seeking a way out of the dead end shadowing their life. The songs on the album search for a glimmer of light towards which to walk like a firefly lost in the eternal night.
