"Ground me" deals with the individual relationship between man and nature and his longing for it. "Weep as you watch" is the flip side of the work, where nature condemns man's actions towards the earth. We are part of nature, and we should not forget that.

Veronica de Mannor is a self-taught young artist from Lohja who has worked in many different fields of art during her life. After receiving a PTSD diagnosis, Veronica has focused mainly on visual arts and photography. Acrylics and mixed media are often used as tools in the realization of her works. However, De Mannor does not want to completely bind herself to one art form; in the future she is interested in expanding her artistic work to, for example, the areas of fashion, performance and poetry.
